Technical Pre-sales Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Pre-sales Consultant to join their growing team. Working for a CX focused SaaS provider, with a unique product, in this role you will engage with clients at the early stage of the sales process, working with them and the Account Manager to build the solution best suited to them in a consultative manner. This position is heavily focused on the front end of the process and those crucial initial stages, rather than the full implementation process of the new technology.


This opportunity is with a small, but growing tech company that is entering its growth phase after a successful first ten years in operations. They hold an impressive client list, only working with and focusing on enterprise level accounts who would need their SaaS platform. This is one of a number of hires they are making with their customer and sales team at this time.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A number of years’ experience working in Technical Pre/ Solution Sales, including looking after enterprise level accounts;
  • A technical background, ideally with SaaS services and products;
  • A consultative approach to client relationship building and management;
  • Previously have held an operation role within a business/ digital transformation project.
