CRM Manager

Ready to work for one of the UK’s leading upcoming streaming services and create game-changing CRM initiatives? Our client is an OTT (over-the-top) subscription video streaming service owned by one of the  UK’s leading media organisations, and they are looking to recruit a CRM Manager to oversee their CRM initiatives and platforms. As a CRM Manager you will be overseeing customer communications strategies across all regions and contribute to bespoke campaign planning.

As a CRM Manager you will have experience working with marketing automation platforms (ideally Salesforce) and you will have an in-depth knowledge of digital and mobile CRM. You will ideally have experience of running CRM initiatives for a major brand or sports property either in-house or at an agency level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support regional teams in delivering impactful and engaging multi-channel campaigns.
  • Help to identify and build customer journeys and lifecycles aimed at delivering great customer experience for our supporters (customers).
  • Using and optimising our marketing automation platform (Salesforce)

Key skills required:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce / marketing cloud
  • Experience creating end to end campaigns designed to improve customer retention
