Contact Centre Transition Specialist

We are looking for a senior contact centre practitioner with experience of global operations and the transition of services.

This role will develop the approach for the transition programme i.e. determine the global and regional sequence of transition into the new operating model e.g. which regions/satellites/countries should go live first and why. This will include:

 Duties

  • Validate & agree business drivers/decision criteria
  • Confirm any priority business needs e.g. North America
  • Gather regional data for decision criteria
  • Analyse decision criteria by region/site
  • Develop & evaluate options
  • Risk, cost and benefit assessment
  • Workshop proposed sequence with project team
  • Draft document – proposed global approach
  • Review with project team & update
  • Review proposed global approach with Steering Group
  • Update & signoff global transition approach
