This knowledge and experience has been deployed into some of the biggest brand's contact centres over the last decade. He has consistently met objectives and exceeded expectations in specialist operational roles supported by Six Sigma Black Belt training and toolkit. A strategic thinker who implements a methodical approach to all business challenges; who is able to deploy effective tactical solutions that add value to the business across a wide range of Customer service indicators.
