Elvio has spent the last 4 years working directly within Customer Contact centres in Portugal. He is socially confident, curious and inquisitive, with the ability to exercise independent judgement and capable of collaborating with partners and working with cross-functional teams towards collective objectives. Fluent in Portuguese and English with personal skills to handle, select and communicate information effectively. Elvio brings this knowledge and hands on contact centre to Ember Search to bolster our delivery capabilities, supporting the Practice Leads with sourcing the best candidates in the areas of CX Technology and Digital Transformation.
